Family-owned and operated by David and Gina Kirk, Lucky Scottie was inspired by their deep love for Scottish Terrier dogs. The restaurant is proudly named after their beloved Scottie, Chloe — a symbol of loyalty, warmth, and the welcoming spirit that defines everything we do. Chloe represents the heart behind our name and the family values that shape our restaurant.
